Perfect Pie Crust

1/2 cup shortening
1-1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cold water

Mix flour and salt together, cut in shortening until crumbly.
Add water until it holds together.
Roll out onto floured surface to 1/4 in thickness.
