Crepes

1 cup flour
4 eggs
2 cups Milk
pinch of salt
1/2 stick of butter
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
Mix flour and eggs stir in milk. Add salt & vanilla sugar. beat mixture til light and fluffy.
cook over medium heat in a small buttered pan for 2 min each side.
